Steve Jones joins backroom staff
Flint Manager Paul Davies has announced his first signing for the new season, he has recruited ex-player Steve Jones to join his backroom staff.
"Jonesy" enjoyed a very successful playing career for Colwyn Bay before leaving the Seagulls to play for Flint in the League of Wales, under the managership of Stef Rush. During his time with us, he forged a potent strike partnership with Darren Emmett, and proved a very popular character with the supporters.
On finishing playing, he turned his attention to management and has had spells in charge of both Denbigh Town and Conwy United.
