The first ever first round draw of the FAW's new cup competition was conducted at the FAW's offices in Cardiff this afternoon (Wednesday June 13th).

National team manager Chris Coleman and Welsh Premier League Chairman Peter Rees conducted the draw with new WPL Secretary Gwyn Derfel also in attendance.

The first round involves a total of eight clubs from the Welsh League and the Huws Gray Alliance - with the four victorious teams guaranteed a home tie against WPL opposition in Round 2.
